  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Mr. Hand Pay, LLC Glock 17 Sweepstakes ("Promotion"), sponsored by Mr. Hand Pay LLC (“Sponsor”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations (each a “Participant”). Proof of age and identity must be furnished to Sponsor upon request.  Participation is void where prohibited by law.

 

Each Participant is further defined as a single, living, unique, autonomous human being possessing a contiguous human body. As such, the definition of Participant shall not be expanded to include animals or pets, persons who have not yet been born, persons who have died, individual body parts or appendages, multiple identities or personalities inhabiting the same contiguous human body, or any other contrary interpretation.

To be eligible to enter the Promotion, each Participant meeting all eligibility requirements in this Section must have an active YouTube account via Google (“Account”) and be subscribed to both the “Mr. Hand Pay” and “JasonWasThere” channels.

Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

  1. ENTRY PERIOD: This Promotion will be available for seven (7) days beginning at 5:00pm CT on June 22, 2025 and ends at 4:59pm CT on June 29, 2025 (“Entry Period”). The clock on Sponsor’s server will be the official clock for the Promotion.

 

  1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two different ways Participants may enter the Promotion:

 

  1. Electronically. Each eligible Participant may enter the Promotion by successfully logging in to YouTube during the Entry Period and thereafter, making a written alphanumeric comment in the “Comments” section of the video initially titled, “Never Expected This at a Gun Store” posted on the “JasonWasThere” YouTube channel on June 22, 2025 at 5:00pm CT. Multiple entries are allowed by the same Participant. The video will be cross posted to other social media outlets, however, only comments appearing on the YouTube platform will be considered as a valid entry. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro, or use of automated devices are void. Comments containing lewd, obscene, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, vulgar, or otherwise indecent language or images, in the sole and absolute opinion of Sponsor, will be deleted, disregarded, and ineligible for the Promotion.

 

  1. U.S. Mail. Participants who wish to participate in the Promotion, but who do not have an Account, do not wish to log on to YouTube, or do not wish to subscribe to either the Mr. Hand Pay, LLC or JasonWasThere channels may obtain an entry by sending a postcard containing their name, address, phone number, e-mail, and date of birth to:

Postcards must be postmarked by the last date of the Entry Period to be valid. Participants will receive one entry per postcard. Multiple entries are allowed by the same Participant. No mechanical reproductions or entries will be accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

Participants who participate in the Promotion via the Electronic option have the same odds of winning as Participants who participate using the U.S. Mail option. No other means of entry will be accepted, including but not limited to telephone, fax, text, or e-mail and any attempted entries by such methods will be disregarded.

  1. NUMBER OF ENTRIES:  One (1) comment equals one (1) entry in the Promotion.

 

  1. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering, Participants: (a) agree that they have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respects; and (b) represent and warrant that they are in compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and that they are not prohibited from participating in the Promotion.

 

  1. PRIZE: Sponsor will provide one branded Mr. Hand Pay Glock 17 designed and customized by Shepard Arms, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, to the winner (“Prize”).

Total ARV of Prize: Seven Hundred Dollars USD ($700.00).

Federal, state, and local laws, restrictions, and regulations may prohibit the sale,  distribution, carry, or use of the Prize. Any winner whose potential selection to win the Prize would otherwise be in violation of federal, state, or local law will be automatically ineligible to win the Prize. In the event the Prize is unable to be transferred to the person selected to receive the Prize due to federal, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations, then the Prize winner will receive the ARV of the Prize: $700.

  1. DRAWINGS/ODDS: On the next or subsequent day after the end of the Entry Period (“Drawing Date”), Sponsor will use a random comment generator operated by “pickawinner.co” to select one (1) winner from among all eligible Participant entries received during the Entry Period. Entries are cumulative throughout the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during each calendar week of the Entry Period as compared with the one (1) Prize available. A Prize winner need not be physically present to win. Sponsor's decisions regarding Prize winners are final.

8.              WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via the e-mail associated with their YouTube account or, for U.S. Mail entries, the e-mail provided on the entry postcard, or if none provided, to the U.S. Mail address provided. Notifications will be sent within seven (7) business days after the Drawing Date using the contact information provided by Participant upon entry.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, or illegible contact information provided by Participant that hinders or prohibits the award notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes to Participant’s e-mail, mailing address, or phone number after entry. Unclaimed Prize will not be re-awarded.

9.             PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winners must respond to Sponsor’s award e-mail within thirty (30) days of being contacted as a Prize winner. Prize not claimed within this timeframe will be forfeited. Any extension requests are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Failure to respond or to provide any required documentation—such as a notarized Declaration of Eligibility and Release, together with personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, social security number, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (“PII”)—within seven (7) days of  request by Sponsor or FFL may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion. Failure or refusal to provide any PII will result in Prize forfeiture.

The Prize will be awarded only if eligible entries have been received from winning Participant. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives or substitutions will be provided—except where Sponsor, at its sole discretion, chooses to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.

Each individual, household, or family is limited to one (1) Prize during the Promotion. Estimated retail values are based on the printing date of these Official Rules and are subject to change. Any difference between the stated and actual Prize value will not be awarded.

Once notified they have won the Prize, the winner will be required to identify a person or entity in their state possessing a current and valid Federal Firearms License (“FFL”) from the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”), via which the Prize will be transferred. The FFL will then be required to coordinate with Shepard Arms in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin to obtain the Prize. By entering this Promotion, Participants acknowledge that if chosen as a winner, they will be required to provide PII to the FFL for the purposes of a background check and compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Prize winner will waive the right to the Prize if they fail or refuse to provide PII or comply with federal and state laws and regulations as administered by the FFL. Under no circumstances will the Prize be awarded, transferred, or otherwise administered without the use of a FFL or by mechanisms designed to circumvent federal or state laws or regulations.

Prize winners are responsible for all associated costs or expenses not outlined in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not liable for delays or issues in Prize delivery caused by circumstances outside its control.

  1. CONDITIONS OF PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Prize is a firearm, the sale and transfer of which is governed by applicable federal and state laws and regulations. At no time will Sponsor be in possession of, or have control over, the Prize. All firearms licensing and/or transfer documentation and fees, as applicable, are Prize winner’s sole responsibility.

 

  1. OTHER CONTEST PROVISIONS:

 

  1. Errors. The Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, misdirected, damaged, incorrect, invalid entries, computer errors or malfunctions; or incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, failures or delays in mail carriers, computer transmissions, or network connections, human, printing or other errors, technical malfunctions, or any other errors or malfunctions.

 

  1. Fraud. By participating in the Promotion, Participants (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

 

  1. Participant Identity. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

 

  1. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH, VANDALIZE, OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12.           TAXES: All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting a Prize, winners agree to report their earnings to the IRS as required. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 in accordance with IRS regulations.

  1. PUBLICITY: By accepting a Prize, Participants grant Sponsor and the Released Parties (as defined below) the right to use their name, city/state, biographical information, likeness, photos, videos, and statements (collectively, “Content”), and to reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used the Content or any part thereof for promotional purposes in any media, throughout the universe, in perpetuity—without further compensation or approval, where lawful.

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or delay of this Promotion caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, epidemic, pandemics, or other events beyond its control. In such cases, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, extend, or terminate the Promotion. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate the Promotion, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned, or should a virus, bug, tampering, or unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Promotion.

15.           RELEASES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Promotion, Participants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates (including but not limited to Mr. Hand Pay Casino & Travel Inc., Mr. Hand Pay Breaks Inc., Mr. Hand Pay Group Pull Inc., and MHP Payroll, LLC, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability related to their participation in the Promotion or use of a Prize.

This Promotion is not sponsored by, or affiliated with, Shepard Arms, pickawinner.co, Google, or the parents, affiliates, or subsidiaries, or employees, contractors, directors, or officers of any of them, in any manner. As Shepard Arms, YouTube, Google, and its parent company, Alphabet, Inc., and pickawinner.co are not parties to the Promotion, but merely other service providers used by Sponsor in relation to this Promotion, Participants acknowledge and agree that they have no claims, and shall bring no demands, claims, or actions, against any of them.

Mention of the Prize HEREIN does not mean it has been tested or approved by the Sponsor. Sponsor makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, in law or equity, regarding the Prize, its quality, fitness, or merchantability. Sponsor is under no obligation to service, repair, replace, or otherwise respond to claims regarding the sufficiency of the Prize.

Participants agree that in the event of any claim arising out of this Promotion, the Participant’s liability is limited to the VALUE OF THE PRIZE it could have theoretically won in the Promotion: SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($700 USD). No claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages are permitted.

  1. GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion and Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States. All issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to the conflict of law rules thereof.

 

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All disputes, claims, and causes of action relating to this Promotion, these Official Rules, and any Prize awarded, not awarded, or used pursuant to this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in confidential arbitration in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, before a single arbitrator pursuant to the then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants expressly waive any right to file any action in any Court of law, including class actions. Any arbitration must be commenced within one (1) year after the date the alleged claim arises or else is forever barred.

Participants acknowledge that by entering this Promotion, they may be added to the Sponsor’s mailing list regarding future offers, promotions, events, and matters related to Sponsor’s business.
